I would highly recommend Katherine Barnett as either a listing agent or an agent representing purchasers. Having used Katherine as both; representing me as a purchaser and as a seller 3 years later, I can attest to her skills in either capacity.
From our first phone call through to closing the deal, the level of service she provided was excellent.
The time Katherine invested with me in fact finding to narrow down my search, personally hunting down homes she felt would meet my needs and continuous follow up to ascertain that we were on the right path all contributed to an overall exceptional experience.

We were trying to sell our house privately and we met Katherine.
We reluctantly decided to list and sold for more than we thought was possible in a very short time!
She did advertising, open houses and broochures and when the offer came in we were very happy.
We would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house.
She was always available and professional.
